Delete your Puffin account
This page explains how to delete your Puffin account and the data associated with it.

How to delete your account (in the app)
- Open the Puffin app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Danger Zone → tap Delete Account
- Type
DELETEto confirm - Tap Delete Forever
What data gets deleted
- Your profile and settings
- All skin scan photos and results
- Your skincare routine data
- Streak history and achievements
- Onboarding answers
- App data stored locally on your device (cleared during deletion)
What may be kept
- Subscription records are handled by Apple / Google and may also be processed by our subscriptions provider. These systems may retain purchase records for accounting/fraud prevention.
- Minimal security logs (if any) may be retained for a limited period to protect the service and comply with legal obligations.
Need help?
If you can’t access the app but want your account deleted, email us at puffinskinapp@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Puffin account” and include the email address you used to sign in.
